A white-label trade-in platform that gives phone-recycling merchants a production-grade storefront and back office, on a shared codebase, without building one themselves.

One engine, many merchant tenants
The brief
Recycling merchants want to compete on service and price, not on engineering. They needed a conversion-optimised storefront and an operational back office, branded and configured per merchant.
What we built
- A consumer storefront: model selection, condition grading, instant quoting, postage or collection, accounts and order tracking.
- Self-service admin for catalogues, pricing rules, order pipelines, payment terms and dispatch.
- Direct integration with the Compare and Recycle comparison feed for inbound traffic and order routing.
- Order status flowing back into the real-time updates pipeline, so merchants and the comparison platform stay in sync.
In production
Around ten merchants run on the shared platform, including Clove Recycling, Sellphones and Handtec. Each is a configured tenant, and improvements made for one flow through to all of them.
