Hardware & IoT
We design and develop hardware and the firmware that runs on it, from schematic and PCB through to connectivity and edge deployment. When a project needs custom electronics, we build them rather than bolting software onto something that doesn't fit.

We run our own white-label trade-in platform, used by around ten merchants, built on trade-in technology we've proven in production. Sign up to the ready-made storefront and back office, or we build a custom site on top of it.

Project work
Fixed-price development against an agreed scope. We plan it, build it and see it through to a tested, deployed release, with clear milestones at every step.
Consultancy
Scoping, planning, architecture review and second opinions, often before a line of code is written. We're happy to advise on a project we don't end up building.
Retainer
A set allocation of our time each month for maintenance, small features, advice and quick turnarounds, without re-quoting every task.
